How do I check-in to my property inside London?
Inside London – Make your way to the Outlet office at 32 Old Compton Street, Soho. An Outlet Property Manager will collect you before escorting you to your apartment.

How do I check-in when the London office is closed?
We will arrange for an Outlet Property Manager to meet you at the property and check you in. There is a charge for this service.

How much does it cost to check in outside of office hours?
Monday to Friday – London Only

£20.00 - 21.00 to 24.00hr

How do I check-in to my property outside London?
Outside London – An Outlet Property Manager will meet you at the property to check you in.

What time can I check in to my accommodation?
You can check in to your accommodation after 14.00. If you wish to check in earlier you will need to ask the person who manages that particular property, this person will contact you once you have made your reservation.

Are towels and linen provided?
Yes.

Will my bed linen be changed during my stay?
As these are self-catering apartment, Outlet recommends that bed linen and towels be changed every 7 days. If you want a more frequent arrangement, please speak to your agent on check in. There may be an extra charge for this service.

Is there a charge for cleaning on departure?
Not normally. Your accommodation will have been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. We ask that all guests leave the accommodation as they found it. You must do the washing up and take out your trash. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition, we will charge your credit card for extra cleaning.

Is the accommodation fitted with a shower or bath?
Our bathrooms may be fitted with a shower, a bath, or a combined bath and shower. Please check the individual accommodation descriptions for the facilities provided.

Is there a phone in the accommodation?
Normally there is no landline telephone available. Please check the individual property details.

Can I smoke in the accommodation?
A large proportion of accommodation is suitable for smokers, however we also have non-smoking available. The non-smoking accommodations are so noted in the individual accommodation descriptions.

Is the room/accommodation secure?
All our accommodation is secured with keys to open and lock the street door, keys to lock the accommodation door and keys to lock the door to your room(s) in the accommodation.

Is there a laundry service nearby?
Please ask your Outlet representative where the closest laundry service is situated. Many properties have washing machines.

What happens if I cancel my reservation or have to leave early?
