For example, you might only wish to rent out your home for short periods whilst you are away on business or pleasure. Alternatively, you might want to rent out your property on a regular basis but need it to be kept available at certain times to enable your friends or family to stay for short periods. Property Managers
If you are an absent landlord or do not have time to manage your property, then OutletÕs team of dedicated Property Managers will oversee your property and will be responsible for bookings, payments and check-ins. Our Property Managers will take charge of all dealings with guests who have booked to stay in your property, ensuring that their needs are fully catered for prior to, during and following their stay.
Finance and Accounting
Outlet operates a straightforward, uncomplicated finance procedure which ensures our landlords receive their payments speedily and efficiently. Ê At the beginning of each month our Finance staff will carry out a full reconciliation of the previous months bookings in your accommodation and provide you with a statement giving a full break-down of the figures. You will then receive your payment via bank transfer. It really is that simple!
